In roleplays of this nature, it is always interesting to read from the character's point of view in a little journal. How you approach it is up to you, if you even want to at all. It is optional. You can write about how you are feeling, interactions with someone, visitors coming, how much you hate your job, whatever you want.
Each player gets one thread, and would keep on replying to it. For example:

etc.

No one else is allowed to post in the thread except for the character who made it. Things written inside cannot be referenced in the roleplay by players who read, unless it is stated the character themselves read it.
