| Rushed to the hospital, Lili was now sitting on one of the beds in the check-up room, a tissue spotted with blood clutched in her hands which rested in her lap. She hummed a little to herself, one foot tucked behind the other ankle. The hospital was rather nice and the nurse had told her that a doctor would be right along (sometimes looking like a young child was good).
She sighed, wheezing out a half-cough and bringing the tissue up to her mouth. Already she was feeling much better and despite enjoying her chance to look around the room, she really wished she was back at her school because a part of her really wanted to know how she had done on the annual test. It was a little nerve-wracking, not knowing if the nosebleed had caused her to pass or not.
A huff sighed from her mouth as her shoulders slumped a little. She hoped the doctor would hurry up, now wanting to get out of the room as fast as she could.

| Whenever he was supposed to do clinic hours, it seemed like the second he managed to send one patient on their way, another folder was being dropped into his hands. Opening the latest one, his eyes briefly gazed over the important little details. Age sixteen, female, Lili Zwingli... Zwingli? The doctor briefly grimaced in thought. It wasn't the most common of names, usually reserved to the Swiss, and didn't they already have a somewhat infamously difficult patient with that name?
After reading the rest of the scribblings the nurse who'd checked her in wrote down, he finally came upon the right door. Briefly knocking on the door, he clutched the folder close to his chest. Opening the door, he walked in, his eyes settling down upon the delicate looking young girl seated patiently on the bed.
She looked a little dejected, but there was still a dainty look to her. The ribbon threaded through her hair just brought out her feminine qualities, including the soft shape of her face and her delicately slim limbs. She was holding on to something, a tissue it looked like, and he took a mental note of that. Forcing a small smile on his face, he closed the door behind him and approached her.
"Hello, Miss Zwingli."
Approaching her with a courteous nod of the head, he gave a small sigh of relief. This seemed like a good break from sniveling little toddlers with fevers or cranky older people with coughs. Despite what it said in her chart, it always seemed best to hear this things straight from the patient's mouths.
"So what brings you here today?"

| "A-Ah hallo!" Lili's eyes went wide simply looking at the man. How was he so tall!? it was almost inhuman and that hair did nothing to make him appear anything less than a giant! She felt herself shrink back a little and cough again into her tissue, shuddering horribly.
As the fit subsided, she sighed a little, smiling weakly up at the doctor. "I-I was at a piano concert and I had a nosebleed and some serious coughs before I collapsed... The nurse took me here." Balling the tissue into her hands to hide the blood, she shifted on the bed, "But I'm feeling much better now, c-can I leave? I really need to get back to the school."
She didn't dare slide off the bed, but she looked pleadingly up at the man.

| That coughing.... It didn't sound good. The way her body seemed to contract and shudder as she did didn't look like a good sign either... If he was lucky, she only had bronchitis or something and then lucky for her, she'd be on her way in no time. A nosebleed didn't seem to fit that bill very well though, and he was ready to open the folder again and glance through it before he realized something that he could have smacked himself in the face over.
He'd forgotten to introduce himself.
Always losing his common sense over a pretty face, he figured if he didn't backtrack now, there'd be no simple way to slip it into conversation. Even with the name tag clearly emblazoned, it still wasn't proper.
"I don't think it'll be very possible for you to go back to school just yet, miss... I'm doctor Jansen and I'll be taking care of you, until you are well enough to go back to school, okay? You may feel better now, but if we don't figure out what caused this in the first place..." That look of desperation was messing with his mind to look at, and he cleared his throat.
"So, nosebleed... coughing... and then you collapsed? Have you been sick, been around anyone who is?... Do you get frequent nosebleeds, and was the coughing a new thing?" He grabbed a pen from his pocket, stepping closer to her to place the folder against the bed. Opening it and ready to jot things down, he glanced up at her with a slightly forced smile.

| "I've always had nosebleeds," Lili admitted, slumping back into the bed and sighing quietly. Looks like she wasn't getting out anytime soon, "I've always been very sickly Doctor Jansen, I will be fine, I have passed out before." she tried to smile, swallowing down another fit of coughs. She needed to know how she had done on the tests.
Shifting a bit to the side to allow the doctor more room, Lili shook her head. "My family is very healthy and none of my teachers were sick. But the coughing has just started today, a-and when my nose isn't bleeding, it's running." The man was smiling very forced at her and it was almost impossible to keep his eye for more than a moment.
Her hands tugged at the tissue nervously. "I-I really think I'm going to be okay Doctor..."

| "Hm... Always? Well... That's really not a good sign."
Willem shook his head, looking back over at her. "If you've always been sickly... perhaps we can fix that." It was better than just letting her back out without any offer of hope at least. There had to be something that he could do for her, and that would probably mean keeping her in here.
"It's very important that we find out what caused this today." Pulling at the stethoscope around his neck, he adjusted the earpieces into his ears and approached right infront of her. "Would you mind letting me listen to you breath for a few moments?" The doctor murmured, holding on to the chestpiece with his hand as he placed his other one on her shoulder gently, reassuringly.

| Lili nodded, glad she had worn a blouse, gently pulling the neckline, not revealing too much but just enough for the small round disk to her chest. "Thank you Doctor Jansen, but... I think I've spent enough time in hospitals... I'm just a sick person." she coughed again, sniffing as her nose began to run.
"O-Oh no-" she dabbed at it. Now a runny nose, a bloody one and a terrible cough. At this rate, she wasn't going anywhere. "I was just a little excited, I had a exam today, I think I did well, I probably j-just got over-excited..." she blushed a little, "brother says I should be calmer or else I work up into a-a fuss."

| "Well... We have one of the best staffs there possibly is here. There's no such thing as someone who's just sickly... Surely whatever is going on, we can fix it for you." The doctor tried to restrain from allowing the faintest red color on his cheeks when he noticed that she pulled down on her blouse. He had honestly only intended to check her breathing from the back, without any clothing having to be moved. In a way, he was slightly glad that he'd been vague on his intentions.
Placing the stethoscope against her chest, He listened quietly for a few moments. Something just didn't seem right, and he glanced up at her as she began to tab at her nose. There was something unsettling about the entire situation, he could just feel it. When he removed the chest piece, with a sigh he reached up to affix the instrument to hang around his neck.
"Maybe if you were a young lady back in the Victorian ages or something, it'd be expected of you to pass out over excitement. In these days, we take that as a very large sign that something's wrong." He headed over to the table, grabbing a box of tissues from it to hand over to her just in case. "So how long do you say this has been going on?"

| Sighing quietly, Lili adjusting her shirt again, pulling it up tight around her neck. "I've always been very sickly," she said quietly, thanking him as she took the box letting it rest on her lap, "B-But the nosebleeds have always happened... I passed out last month while on a walk but besides that I've been fine."
She clutched the tissue box a little tighter. "T-Though... I have been r-really tired lately, and I get really bad fevers sometimes." he closed her eyes, "W-What if I am really sick D-Doctor Jasen?"
