Okay, there's this British reality show, and I'm not sure if you have it in America, or wherever else you are. Basically, what happens is five people go round to each other's houses and have a dinner party, one person a night. Thgey score the host's performance, then, at the end of the week, the scores are counted and the person with the highest score wints something like a grand, I can't remember exactly...
I was thinking that they could arrange something like that in the hospital? With the staff and out patients. Five people hold five dinner parties and the other four score their perfomance, then at the end of the week, see who won?
